Check-in is after 15:00 h. Check-out until 13:00 h. If you arrive before, we can store your luggage while we prepare your cabin.
Yes, some cabins are pet-friendly (like Álamo). We ask that you let us know when booking: there's a small cleaning fee and a few rules to help us take care of the forest.
